CREATIVE DESIGNER

Accountabilities

• Translate creative briefs into well-crafted visual executions across print and digital touchpoints.

• Support the development and execution of visual concepts under the direction of senior creatives.

• Execute layouts, adaptations, and design assets with strong attention to detail and consistency.

• Ensure visual quality and alignment with brand guidelines across all assigned deliverables.

• Collaborate closely with senior designers, account team to deliver work on time.

• Apply feedback constructively and refine work through iterations with care and precision.

• Manage assigned tasks and timelines effectively across multiple projects.

• Maintain organised working files and follow internal creative processes and standards.
  

Skills & Must Have

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a creative, brand, or marketing agency.

• Interest in luxury and lifestyle brands.

• Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals, including layout, composition, typography, and colour.

• Basic understanding of branding and visual identity systems.

• A portfolio demonstrating hands-on experience in visual design for brand, marketing, or communication materials.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (required).

• Ability to execute design work accurately based on creative direction and briefs.

• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment and open to feedback.

• Able to manage time and priorities effectively under guidance.

• Clear communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with working proficiency in English.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
