In this role, you'll use your expertise to craft multi-channel concepts from vision to execution. We’re looking for a visionary who can craft visual narratives through campaign creation, design direction, typography, and concept development, all anchored in thoughtful, philosophy-driven storytelling.

Accountabilities

• Research and understand client's vision and mission

• Develop creative rationales and translate them into design concepts.

• Design visuals across multiple formats, including:
  Printed medias (i.e. Brochure, Magazine, Newspaper)
  Digital derivatives sizing (i.e. Social Media, newsletter)
  Basic video editing outputs
  Basic 3D artworks

• Pitch your concepts bravely to client

• Actively and positively collaborate with the team

• Continuously seek for creative hacks and improve our processes

• Embrace new technology and trends

Skills & Must Have

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in art major (Graphic design, web design, digital media, motion graphics or visual communications)

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in creative industry

• Have a strong interest for luxury and sophisticated brands

• Strong conceptor

• Proficient in digital imaging and digital manipulation skill

• Capability of managing time effectively during multiple projects

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa

• Positive attitude and joyful vibe

• Possess the spirit of learning and curiosity

• Love animals

• Love traveling

What we provide you

• Annual salary: after tax IDR. 85.000.000 - 88.000.000/ year (Subject to final negotiation and Subject to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan deduction)
