SENIOR CREATIVE DESIGNER

Accountabilities

• Translate client vision and context into clear creative directions and cohesive concepts.

• Lead multi-channel creative execution across print and digital touchpoints with strong attention to craft and consistency.

• Ensure visual integrity and storytelling quality across all deliverables.

• Present creative ideas with clarity, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

• Take ownership and leadership within projects, supporting collaboration and maintaining high creative standards.

• Continuously improve processes and explore new tools or approaches that enhance creative work.
  

Skills & Must Have

• Strong understanding of brands, visual identity, and storytelling.

• Strong interest toward luxury and premium brands.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a creative, brand, or marketing agency (or related creative environment).

• A portfolio that demonstrates experience in building brand identities and visual communication systems, with attention to detail and consistency.

• Strong conceptual thinking and layout skills, with a refined sense of composition and craft.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator (non-negotiable).

• Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects and priorities.

• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team environment, open to feedback, discussion, and shared ownership of ideas and outcomes.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• A positive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in continuous learning.
